Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges

1. Raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery if you received an incorrect or expired product.
   Email us at [email protected] with your order number and contact details.
   For damaged or missing products, the request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
3. If approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup with our courier partner.
4. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may self-ship the item using a reliable courier. We will reimburse the shipping cost to your preferred wallet (UPI, PayTM, or Medini Wallet).
5. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund or replacement, subject to availability.

Eligible Conditions for Return/Replacement

• Incorrect product delivered
• Expired product received
• Damaged product or tampered packaging
• Missing items in your order

Ineligible Conditions for Return/Replacement

• Product is opened, used, or tampered with
• Missing original packaging or labels
• Return/replacement request raised after 7 days of delivery
• Damaged/missing product reported after 2 days of delivery

Return Processing Timeline

Pickup will be arranged within 5–7 business days after approval. After the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly.

Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Ready to Ship" status by logging into your account and using the cancel option.
Medini Natural reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice. We may contact you for verification before dispatch if needed.

Refund Policy

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, card, UPI) within 7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Customers must provide their bank details to receive refunds via NEFT or UPI.
• Returned Orders: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Partial Order Returns

You may return individual items from your order if they meet the return eligibility and are within the 7-day window.
