• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹399 within India.
• Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 15 days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location or unforeseen conditions.
• Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days, subject to product availability.
• Courier Partners: We use trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

International Shipping

• Shipping Charges: International shipping is chargeable and varies depending on the destination. Charges will be shown at checkout.
• Delivery Time: International deliveries may take up to 30 days, depending on location, customs clearance, and logistics.
• Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included in our charges. These will need to be paid directly by the customer upon delivery.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor its status.

Important Information

• If the courier status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please notify us within 24 hours. Courier companies do not accept disputes after 48 hours.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, or other unexpected events.
• If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
